Hello

I earned a B.S. in Cellular and Molecular Biochemistry from The University of Texas at El Paso. I am passionate about pursuing a career in dentistry, where I can blend my love for science, creativity, and helping others.

My Story

My journey toward dentistry stems from my desire to combine my skills in critical thinking and hands-on work. I love that dentistry allows me to use my artistic side while providing an immediate impact on patients’ well-being by alleviating their pain. The field is intellectually stimulating and offers a variety of career paths that will keep me engaged as a lifelong learner. I’m particularly motivated by the opportunity to serve underserved communities, where there is a strong need for dental care. One of my favorite community service experiences was volunteering at La Clinica. In my free time, I enjoy watching Netflix, dancing salsa, drawing, and eating. Currently, I am studying for the DAT, volunteering, and working to continue building my skills and experience.
